I provide my clients with a warm and safe space to process their next chapter, whether it's a new job, relationship, or grieving the loss of a loved one. Another area I enjoy exploring with my clients is their upbringing and how it's affected their relationships.
I tailor my collaborative approach with each of my clients because we all come from unique life experiences. I focus on both present and past difficulties and will help you decide which area we'll work on first. My tool belt of techniques includes attachment-based, person-centered, mindfulness, and strengths-based.
During our intake session, I will process my clients' current and past stressors and we will discuss where our therapeutic journal will start. My therapeutic approach is integrative and I focus on the issues my clients find most distressing. I create a warm and friendly environment and ensure I offer the highest level of care.
