Starting the therapy process can be very challenging, especially during these times! Not only is it tough to find matching availability, but you also want someone with the necessary skills as well as a good interpersonal connection. My approach is to be collaborative and supportive, while also focusing on warmth and safety. I want to to explore your needs, goals, and motivation. You are the expert on your life, and I am a team member that helps you get you to where you want to be.
I am bilingual: English and Spanish. My availability is currently only during the day, before 4:30pm.
I use a person-centered approach, meaning I allow individuals to be in the driver seat, while using my experience as assistance. Also, being a native Spanish speaker, I am able to provide sessions in Spanish which allows native speakers to access their emotional language during their healing journey.
