I believe therapy is a relationship in which the client brings their resiliences and experiences because they are the only person who knows themselves. As the therapist, I am knowledgeable about mental health treatment. I believe that power in therapy comes from a therapeutic space and relationship where the client feels safe, trusted, unconditional positive regard, and acceptance by the therapist.
I am trained in integrating complementary clinical evidence, faith, and strength-based theories and techniques, offering highly personalized styles to healing emotional, mental, spiritual, vocational, and physical sufferings. My holistic approaches to counseling are evidence-based, faith/spiritual-based, and strength-based.
