As a therapist, my goal is to help others rediscover joy in life. I believe that even those facing trauma or distress can find hope, healing, and freedom. Many high-achieving individuals struggle with anxiety, depression, and stress, often feeling pressured to maintain a facade of "having it all together." I specialize in treating trauma, grief, pet loss, and life stressors that teens, young adults, adults, and professionals need help processing. I am EMDR and TF-CBT certified, CBT trained, and include aspects of expressive arts and Animal Assisted Interactions in treatment. I tailor treatment to best fit your unique personality and your specific needs.

I often use EMDR in my practice as it helps your brain and body find ways to make sense of what you have experienced. Before diving into distressing memories, we take time building up knowledge and skills so we can safely explore the deep targets you want to resolve. EMDR uses bilateral stimulations (left/right tapping, tones, eye tracking, etc.) to assist in the process of healing.

Over three weekly, 90-minute online meetings, learn how to navigate the complicated Stages of Grief, how to tap into peace using EMDR G-TEP strategies, and how to honor the sacred Pet-Person bond that remains.
