We all encounter loss throughout our lives, but some losses can leave you overwhelmed, on the edge of despair, and struggling to move forward. Loss is hard, even when it isn't from a death. Whether your grief is fresh, from a recent death or life transition, or you’ve carried it for many years, you don’t have to face it alone. I specialize in grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. A primary goal of our work together will be restoration - to restore hope and reconnect you to your heart. Helping you move through your pain, rather than being weighed down by it; empowering you to thrive, not just survive.
My focus is to offer a compassionate space for you to feel safe and understood. I primarily utilize Lifespan Integration (LI), a gentle yet powerful somatic modality. LI taps into the body's innate wisdom, helping to increase core strength and emotional regulation, creating pathways for deeper emotional resilience.
My work is informed by attachment theory, neuroscience, trauma research and extensive grief training. In person sessions are offered in Renton, and online sessions are available to all residents of WA state. Faith based counseling is offered upon request.
