Feeling frozen by anxiety or paralyzed by shame.? You don't have to face this alone. The primary goal of our work together will be restoration - to restore hope and reconnect you to your heart. A kind and curious therapist can cultivate insight, help heal wounds, and lead to lasting transformation.
I offer a sacred space for you to find rest and experience deep healing. I specialize in grief and trauma. I primarily utilize Lifespan Integration, a gentle somatic modality that helps with attachment repair, expanding core strength and emotional regulation.
My work is informed deeply by attachment theory, neuroscience, and trauma research. In person sessions are offered in my Renton office, and online sessions are available to all residents of WA state. I also offer a limited number of “Walk and Talk” sessions in Des Moines, WA. Faith based counseling is available upon request.
