Grief is at the root of most struggles and can leave you feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. Friends and family often urge you to move on or just let go, but you feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward. Loss is hard, even if it isn't from a death. Whether your grief is fresh or you’ve carried it for many years, you don’t have to face it alone. I specialize in grief, attachment issues, depression and anxiety. A primary goal of our work together will be restoration - to restore hope and reconnect you to your heart. I want to help you move through your pain, rather than being weighed down by it, so you can live more fully alive.
I offer a safe and compassionate space for you to find rest and experience deep transformation. I primarily utilize Lifespan Integration (LI), a remarkable and gentle somatic modality. LI supports the repair of attachment wounds, trauma healing and opens up space to help you flourish. LI also increases core strength and helps with emotional regulation.
My work is informed by attachment theory, neuroscience, trauma research and extensive grief training. In person sessions are offered in Renton, and online sessions are available to all residents of WA. A kind and curious therapist can cultivate insight, help heal wounds, and lead to lasting transformation. Faith based counseling is offered upon request.
