I have over ten years of experience dealing with persons in different stages of their lives; helping them find solutions that strengthen coping skills and enable them to deal with stressful situations in a more productive manner. I’ve worked with families on how to structure and develop strengths that enable the family to thrive.
I believe in helping persons learn life skills that develop their abilities to reach their goals.
