I help with struggles around mood, anxiety, self esteem, body image, relationships, postpartum and parenting. We will work together on this journey, to develop healthy patterns, deeper understanding, and coping tools to deal your stress and struggles.

Navigating pregnancy and becoming a mother is life changing. You are not expected to go through this journey alone. Come join this group to navigate this process together.
