In practice, I strive to work together with clients to identify and address unresolved areas of concern. My objective is to help clients develop greater insight into their lives, encourage self-compassion, and facilitate the client’s ability to reach their desired goals.
I have experience working with presenting concerns around anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal and relational issues, and identity development. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ populations, as well as racial and ethnic minority groups - particularly those who have been socialized in bicultural or multicultural settings.
Transparency and teamwork! I wholeheartedly believe that the therapy space is a team effort to help you reach your therapy goals. Along the way, I will do my best to be as transparent with you as possible along the way.
Please note that Expansive Therapy only works with PPO and POS plans as we are out of network providers. We do all the leg work for you - check your benefits, submit claims for you, and advocate for higher reimbursement. Depending on your plan, copays can be as low as $25/session.
