As a trauma specialist, Jacqueline provides a psychodynamic therapeutic approach. She often finds our early childhood experiences are a root cause for the way that we engage with the world around us today and how we confront the challenges that we face as adults. Having a safe space to discuss our early childhood years can provide insight on patterns in our behaviors, attachment styles within our interpersonal relationships, and trauma history.
Jacqueline incorporates your strengths throughout sessions to encourage you to pursue positive growth. This allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your internal thoughts and behaviors and how they contribute to who you are. Together, a space will be cultivated to deal with life stressors, understand your past, and pursue a more fulfilling future.
In collaboration throughout your sessions these patterns, wounds, and behaviors can be explored. Doing so will contribute to how we navigate our circumstances and how we can change or heal to connect to our true selves and live a more authentic lifestyle.
