I am a marriage and family therapist that believes therapy is something that happens with you, not to you. My style is one that is collaborative, transparent, patient, compassionate, insight oriented, emotionally focused and strength-based. I have experience working with all ages but have focused the majority of my practice on working with adult professionals, college students, couples, and parents.
I have over 9 years experience working with individuals, and couples with trauma, anxiety, working through major life changes and finding balance in their lives. I provide a supportive therapeutic environment to help create, achieve and maintain your goals. Together we can learn and understand about how to improve your life and your relationships.
I am telehealth exclusively, and will not be in person anytime in the near future. I am NOT currently accepting new clients (updated 4/15). Due to insurance requirements, I am only able to bill insurance for clients located in NY. I can provide a superbill for client's located in FL and MA to submit for out of network reimbursement.
