About
Licensed and seeing clients via telehealth in CT, MA, and FL. Reconnection, energy, feeling heard & understood, finding clarity - these are things we all strive for, and often need to rediscover, or recreate, from time to time. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by the "muck" & need another pair of eyes for a change of perspective or to help create a new experience. As the master of your own life, I work in collaboration with you to determine your needs and goals. Using a casual, cooperative style validates your experience, and empowers you to find clarity and create change for yourself, and/or your family.
I am passionate about working with couples & families. It is common for couples, families, & individuals to come to me uncertain and losing hope. But I absolutely love seeing the transition away from a place of exhaustion, despair, or anger to renewed energy, hope, and connection. With work, it is possible!
At Live Oak Counseling I strive to walk with you as you process negative experiences, determine the best course of action for a decision, or learn a new way of doing things to improve your life and relationships. For more information visit my website at www.liveoakcounselingct.com - Thank you!
