Life can be hard. At different times, people seek out therapy when the ways they have used to navigate challenges no longer work. I can help. Sometimes unrealistic and/or unhealthy thoughts and beliefs can get us stuck. I help unwind those thoughts, connect to your inner strength, and find your way back to living life on your own terms. I know that it is not easy to be burdened with depression, anxiety, OCD or trauma. Your performance at work, your relationships, your sleep and even your health can all be affected. You deserve a life that you love. I am dedicated to helping you discover your inner strength in a safe space.
I have been licensed and in practice for 16 years. I am certified as a high quality Cognitive Processing therapy provider. I was trained through a collaborative with Duke University. This modality is used with PTSD (trauma), but can also be effective for others who wish to make changes that lead to healing, resilience, strength, and wholeness.
Fluent in Spanish. Certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT-C).
