I believe there is profound healing within our ability to embark on honest and compassionate exploration of our unique stories in the name of growth and change. Our lived experiences are vast and varied with parts of our stories deeply rooted in generational trauma and suppression of our authentic selves for survival. This can make it difficult to truly trust and know ourselves and cause significant challenges in our lives. I understand how important it is to find the right therapist to walk with you on your quest for clarity, growth and positive change in a way that honors your story, free of shame and judgment.
I help individuals and couples safely address and explore their inner world- addressing trauma, infidelity, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, midlife and relationship challenges. I am trained in EMDR, EFCT, offer Compassionate Traumatic Grief & Bereavement Care and am IFS-informed. I encourage clients to come in with curiosity as we work toward change.
