I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples and individual therapy, with a focus on nontraditional dynamics, including LGBTQ+, kink positive, non-monogamous, and high-conflict relationships. I help couples navigate challenges like infidelity, communication breakdowns, and trust issues by emphasizing strong, respectful communication. I believe counseling is a commitment, but I also value your time. I offer 60, 90, and 2-hour sessions for individuals and couples to fit your needs and goals. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling accomplished, with clear takeaways and a plan to apply what you've learned moving forward.
