In our sessions, we will explore and process your emotions, identify and dismantle the unhelpful patterns holding you back, and practice strategies that foster growth and healing. You will be supported every step of the way as we address the wounds of the past and work to create a path toward a more fulfilling and meaningful future.

My role in the relationship we will develop is to instill a sense of comfort in the therapeutic process so that you can feel as though you finally found someone who you can connect to- someone who understands you, sees you for who you are, and doesn't turn away.
