I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who are used to managing a lot on theri own but are ready for something to change.
My approach is warm, engaged, and insight-oriented. Rather than focusing only on short-term coping strategies, we look more deeply at the patterns underneath - so you can feel more grounded and less like you're constantly pushing through.
