Are you struggling to cope with circumstances which have impacted your quality of life? Maybe you have experienced trauma or loss. I provide clients with a safe environment where they can come to terms with their past or present, discovering a life worth living, regaining self-acceptance, emotional control, and healing both personally and relationally. I have aided clients in reducing anxiety and depression symptoms related to their relationships or other life stressors, such as navigating addiction, the grief and loss of a loved one, or prior trauma.
I currently accept private pay clients in Arizona, Ohio and Texas or those w/ Aetna, BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, United Health, Optum or Quest Behavioral Health insurance as well as Optum Medicaid of Ohio and United Health Medicaid and Aetna Medicare Advantage of Texas.
I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Once you take the first step and message me, I can set up a time to speak with you about your concerns and help you navigate set up tasks. You'll see your cost per session ahead of time and can check your benefits through the client portal.
