Welcome! I specialize in working with justice involved youth and adults, individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, depression, anxiety, coping with personality disorders, individuals diagnosed with OCD, individuals diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, adjustment to life stressors, trauma and PTSD. I utilize a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy. I am bilingual and yo hablo español.
My colleagues and I offer in-person sessions in Moreau, NY, and remote therapy to anyone in NYS. We offer equine assisted therapy, office-based sessions, walk-and-talk sessions on the farm, and therapy by phone and video. Remote therapy is available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
