I’m a Level 2 certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist who works with individual adults, couples, and families. My approach blends IFS (Parts Work) with psychodynamic therapy, helping clients understand and heal patterns that are causing pain or keeping them stuck.
In therapy, we’ll work together to identify and care for the different parts of you that may carry anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship wounds. This work can be especially helpful during life transitions — marriage, divorce, parenting, career changes — and can offer relief from longstanding struggles.
I have over 30 years of experience supporting couples and families, including those facing challenges like communication breakdowns, infidelity, and substance use. Whether you’re just starting out or have been together for decades, I can help you learn new ways of relating with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
