I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate in providing evidence-based treatments in a warm and collaborative manner. At this time, I am only offering video therapy for individuals and families that desire my services and specialties (Software is HIPPA compliant to ensure that your information is encrypted, protected, and confidential).

My training is in health psychology and my therapeutic style encourages individuals to live a life consistent with their values. I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults with eating disorders including picky eating as well as other health-related issues including IBS, childhood abdominal pain, and obesity.

I have taken an active role to help bridge the gap between medicine and the mental health community by serving as a leader and activist. I strive to reduce the stigma of seeking help by guiding individuals to cope with the inevitable difficulties that can arise in life.
