Greetings! I am hoping to join you in finding what you're look for out of therapy. My approach is to engage clients in the deeper process of looking within themselves to gain the insight they hope for. I have a balanced approach of going at your pace while providing the guidance that you need with whatever you're choosing to process in sessions. I work diligently at providing a warm, trusting, nurturing, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. At the same time, I help a client feel confident about knowing what's best for their life.
I am passionate about empowering clients to live their most fulfilling and resilient lives, and I truly value the special chance that counseling offers of allowing me into your life. I use an eclectic model with clients where I use different tools to fit the clients personal needs/goals. I have 10+ years of experience.
