Coping with life stressors, healing from painful experiences, and making personal changes can be extremely difficult. My practice is focused on working with individuals who are coping with the effects of past trauma and/or painful life events, as well as, those coping with health issues that are effecting their well- being. Additionally, I enjoy working with other therapists pursuing therapy for their own self-care and personal growth.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which provide me with tools to treat trauma-related issues. As an existential therapist, I use these tools in a larger context to assist you in examining life questions and making meaning of your experiences.
