I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years. I believe in the innate healing power in all of us and will work hard to support you in this journey towards your best self. You are your own expert and we will work together to come up with a treatment plan that suits you best. My goal is for you to feel completely unjudged and to learn to trust yourself and your own instincts as you move closer to happiness and peace. All ethnicities, religions, lifestyles and sexual orientations are welcome.
I specialize in treating adults struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, life transitions and overall stress. My goal is to help you regain your sense of trust and belief in yourself, learn new coping skills, and connect with your community. Art, music, and writing are always welcome in therapy.
I am currently accepting new clients and have openings available Monday through Friday from the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm. I look forward to hearing from you!
