About
Are you struggling with issues like stress, depression, anxiety, grief, military/life balance, relationships problems, addiction, parenting or family conflict? If so, then you have come to the right place. My ideal client is a person who is tired of feeling the way they do and is open and willing to take the steps they need to affect a positive change in their life, even if change feels a little scary at times. If you are looking for a therapist who will go above and beyond to help you find the resources you need then you need not look any further.
I specialize in working with all the issues I mentioned above and have done so successfully for the last 7 years. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Navy and have worked with many military members and their families to help maneuver through the difficulties of military life/demands and its impact on the family.
3 words that describe my therapeutic philosophy are passion, commitment, and courage. I am passionate about helping you. I am committed to the process and ensuring that I help set you up for success and I am also committed to helping you find the courage within you to make the decisions you need to change your life in a positive way.
