I specialize in helping couples deepen connection, repair trust, and thrive — through trauma-informed, attachment based, and affirming therapy. I have dedicated myself to doing relationship work both in practice and trainings including: Level 1 training in RLT (Relational Life Therapy) and CISTP Certified (Certified Informed Sex Therapy Professional).
