About
My expertise is helping others obtain & maintain increased peace in their lives through such services as counseling/therapy and various conflict management strategies. I provide a safe environment virtually and practically equip individuals to address the various stressors & influences in life with effective tools and strategies. After 19 years of study and practice in the area of conflict management and 9 years of counseling experience, I have refined my skills to more adequately address and assist clients in discovering and resolving the sources of their individual and interpersonal conflict with success on many levels.
I am an experienced registered neutral with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution for over 19 years; and as such, mediate cases involving juveniles and divorcing couples in & apart from the court systems. I specialize in conflict management & resolution, not only with others (interpersonal), but also within the self (individual).
I use a delicate integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among other therapeutic frameworks with a unique application of varied skills to help clients address the following issues & areas: Conflict/Anger Management & Resolution, Assertiveness, Couple/Premarital/Marital Counseling, Family Counseling, Depression, Anxiety, Stress & associated issues.
