In our sessions, I will guide you toward inner healing through deep exploration of your sense of self, identify past emotional wounds that may affect you today, and emotionally process past painful life experiences. I am trained in EMDR and IFS (Level 1), and incorporate CBT, TF-CBT, and expressive approaches including art and play therapy.
I understand that taking the first step in seeking help may feel scary or uncomfortable, so I meet my clients where they are at in their journey for self-exploration and go at their pace.
