I am a clinical psychologist who works with individual children, adolescents and adults.
I believe successful treatment is based upon a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Changing patterns of behavior, ways of thinking and relating to others can be daunting and requires a patient and understanding therapist who can help you tackle the problem from different angles.
I have training in various treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapies. My approach involves creating an integrative, individually tailored treatment plan to fit each person's particular needs. I have experience treating issues relating to women's reproductive health, including infertility, pre- and postpartum anxiety and depression.
I have worked extensively with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety related to school, peer relationships and family conflict. I also treat patients of all ages with anxiety disorders, depression, negative body image and disordered eating, identity issues and life transitions.
