Whatever reason you are seeking counseling, your concerns matter to me. As a pragmatic therapist with a holistic view, I provide traditional psychotherapy with energy psychology techniques. I work with individuals and couples. I am experienced in working with a broad range of issues. I address trauma, anxiety, phobias,couples, work stress, divorce recovery, and addiction.. It is a real joy to provide you true relief from issues you are struggling with. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Therapy is learning practical skills of stress management. I received my B.A. in Psychology. My Masters included 1 year Internship in a clincal counseling center and 1 year Internship at the Family Therapy Insitute of Pittsburgh. I work with individuals and couples I have psychiatric and addiction experience. I am on several Employee Assistance Plans, addressing work related stress.
