I am an experienced, attachment focused therapist who currently works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety/depression, emotional disconnection, loss, trauma, adjustment challenges, and relationship issues. Additionally, I have training in the treatment of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and I'm passionate about my work with pregnant/postpartum people.
I utilize a Holistic/Integrative approach, based on your individual needs. My practice pulls from mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems and emotionally focused couples therapy.
My sessions are offered in a nature based environment in the Silverdale/Poulsbo area or via zoom, at this time. Please reach out for a 15 minute introductory call, to see if we are a good fit. www.maycounselingpllc.com
