I offer a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where you will be free to express your thoughts and feelings, explore and face challenges. My specialties include working with parents who are struggling with their children, couples who are in conflict, and young adults transitioning into adulthood or facing substance abuse or addiction.
I provide couples therapy, family therapy, parenting support, stress and anxiety management, grief and loss, addiction and recovery issues. I have a passion for children and adolescents and am able to connect with them and create a trusting environment where they are able to address issues such as trauma, bullying, grief, loss and divorce.
