My specialties include working with parents who are struggling with their children, couples who are in conflict, and young adults transitioning into adulthood or facing substance abuse or addiction.
I provide couples therapy, family therapy, parenting support, stress and anxiety management, grief and loss, addiction and recovery issues. I have a passion for children and adolescents and am able to connect with them and create a trusting environment where they are able to address issues such as trauma, bullying, grief, loss and divorce.
