In my practice I treat adults with PTSD, personality disorders, survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, religious trauma, people with suicidal thoughts or self harm, depression, grief, loss, and many other issues. I also see clients diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I work with folks on issues regarding family life: parenting and other relationships. In your therapy, I will work carefully to provide a calm, warm, safe space in which to explore your unique self, and what happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment look like for you. As therapy progresses, we will talk about everything that is important to you.
I offer in person sessions informed by DBT, IFS, and CBT aimed at helping you to do and feel better as you define it. I work from a relational, client centered approach.
I have several openings at present and am eager to be of help to you as soon as possible. While I do not take insurance, I offer a sliding fee scale and will work with you to make therapy with me approachable and affordable. I look forward to hearing from you!
