Using a combination of approaches like art therapy, IFS, partswork and more, I am best able to support each and every person in the direction they seek, to new paths once yet not noticed. My goal is to ultimately bring people closer to their ideal life. The one they seek to build, grow and prosper in. A way to defeat old beliefs and cycles we all get stuck in at some point.
Hi, I'm Jackie and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Masters Degree in Creative Arts Therapy Counseling at Hofstra University, where I came to learn multi-disciplinary approaches to ultimately help provide the most inclusive and eclectic interventions to meet my clients needs, including somatic work, sandtray and solution-focused methods.
My goal in working with you, is to first create an environment that is supportive and safe, allowing you the opportunity to prosper in self-exploration and growth.
