I love supporting people in their reconnecting with their true selves by uncovering what is beneath the layers of fear, trauma, and outside expectations. With a strong foundation in Psychology, I also guide my patients through spiritual practices like meditation and mindfulness, along with practical tools like breathing and relaxation techniques. Together, we'll shift limiting thoughts, build self-trust, and help you move from surviving to thriving.

I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, whether you're sitting on your couch, in bed, or holding a cup of coffee (like I usually am, too.)
