I see therapy as a non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to express themselves freely. I provide a laid-back approach to help clients feel at ease. Therapy is provided to children from the ages of 5 to 18, and adults. I also provide couple's therapy and family therapy. I have experience with anger management, ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, self-harm, and other disorders. I also have experience with those that may have learning disabilities or intellectual disabilities.
