I provide online therapy across North Carolina for children 5+, teens, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, behavioral concerns, life transitions, military stress, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about supporting veterans, military families, justice-involved individuals, and reentry populations. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, build coping skills, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in compassion. I bring both clinical training and deep understanding of how hard life can feel when you are carrying trauma, addiction, stress, or major transitions. I help clients build coping skills, find strength, and move toward healing at their own pace.
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Healing looks different for everyone, and therapy should feel safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and hope.
