Are you struggling with anxiety or depression, substance use, relationship issues, trauma, or feel like you can't manage stress lately? At Serene Soul, I address these concerns with client centered and compassionate care to help guide you through the therapeutic process. I use (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (ACT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and (MI) Motivational Interviewing, as well as holistic elements to treat adults through individual and group therapy sessions. I've been a practicing therapist for 10 years and I believe my success comes from my authenticity with clients.
I attended Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Services and have experience in case management, adult and adolescent talk therapy as well as group therapy. I specialize in substance use and addictive disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and ADHD. I am also proficient in treating co-occuring disorders.
