At Blue Sky Integrative Health we offer professional women a tailored, step-by-step holistic treatment plan just for you! We specialize in integrative and regenerative health in a humanistic, solution-focused approach, life/health coaching, treatment for mood and autoimmune disorders, as well as neurodiversity and alleviating/managing chronic pain. Hybrid in-person, phone/ live video sessions available.
Telehealth sessions available. I have a Master's certification in Trauma based therapy and therapy for Complex Trauma under the teaching of Dr. Peter Levine, the Gottman Method, Dr. Bessel Van der kolk, Dr. Stephen Porges, as well as special training in Integrative and functional medicine, CBT, DBT. Internationally Certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
