EMDR is a game changer in reprocessing trauma and other wounding events. There are several steps. First we will spend sometime so I deeply understand your history. Next, we will develop your internal resources. When that is complete, we will reprocess the wounding events using bilateral stimulation. When the level of distress is significantly reduced, we move towards closure of the event.
