I am neurodivergent myself and love to help out fellow neurodivergent people of any age. As a registered play therapist I am trained to help kids as young as 3 and their parents in Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. I am also an EMDR certified therapist helping clients with various trauma that can co-occur with the neurodivergent lived experience.
I understand how scary it can be to reach out to someone new and share parts of yourself that you do not always want to others to see. Just by starting this process you are brave and I hope to help you feel even more empowered.
