I offer therapy for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or ready for meaningful change. Many of the women I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth struggles, burnout, life transitions, ADHD, attachment patterns, or hormonal changes related to postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Drawing on over 4,000 hours of experience as a professional Life Coach along with my clinical experience, I help women heal the past, navigate the present, and consciously create the future they want to live.

I offer a holistic, depth-oriented approach integrating attachment theory, parts work/IFS, somatic approaches, guided visualization, and both Eastern and Western healing perspectives. My work is grounded in understanding that unconscious beliefs, emotional wounds, attachment experiences and early family dynamics shape the patterns we carry into adulthood.

Many of the women who find me are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or disconnection from themselves. I offer a warm and supportive space to gain clarity, heal old patterns, and create meaningful change. My clients call me Jasmin.
