I bring a warm, collaborative, and holistic style, along with over 4,000 hours as a Certified Life Coach. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with the life you want to live.

My approach is depth-oriented, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. I incorporate Eastern and Western healing traditions, guided visualizations, inner child, IFS and somatic work. We explore root causes, build emotional regulation, and improve communication so you can move towards personal clarity, confidence, & secure relationships.

Struggling with one or multiple issues can feel lonely and confusing. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
