I help women navigate major life transitions — from breakups and relationship challenges to career shifts, burnout, and rediscovering who they are. My clients often feel overwhelmed, disconnected or caught in recurring patterns they no longer want to repeat. Together, we explore how past experiences and attachment dynamics may shape present relationships, self-worth, and decision-making. I support women in building healthier boundaries, emotional clarity, confidence, and more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. My approach is insight-oriented and practical, helping you feel more aligned, grounded, and authentic.

I offer a holistic, depth-oriented approach and integrate attachment theory, parts work/IFS, somatic approaches, guided visualization, and both Eastern and Western healing perspectives. Alongside my clinical training, I also bring over 4,000 hours of experience as a Certified Life Coach.

Many of the people who find me are thoughtful, self-aware seekers who have done inner work, yet still feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, anxiety, burnout, or disconnection from themselves.
