Therapy is not about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about understanding the patterns, experiences, and pain that have shaped how you respond to life. I work with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relational conflict, and emotional overwhelm.
My clinical approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic exploration. With couples, I focus on communication, emotional safety, and rebuilding trust. With children and teens, I use developmentally appropriate strategies, and as a trauma-informed clinician, I understand that healing is not linear
Many of my clients live with PTSD, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), often layered with cultural, generational, or spiritual complexities that standard therapy models tend to overlook. Therapy with me is direct, transparent, and deeply collaborative. I won't just sit and nod. I’m here to help you and challenge you.
Maybe you're feeling exhausted from pretending you're okay. Maybe anxiety won’t shut off, the sadness won’t lift, or the past keeps showing up. You might be feeling stuck in your relationships, unsure how to help your child or teen, or silently battling something no one else can see. Whatever brought you here know healing starts here with counseling
