"I offer an integrated, creative approach to psychotherapy focusing on the unique needs, interests and vitality of each of my clients.I am dedicated to processes that help individuals discover new solutions to difficult life challenges and achieve important life dreams and goals. I am committed to nonjudgmental, optimistic, realistic approaches. As no single method suits everyone, my own approach draws from energy and positive psychology, attachment theory, humanistic, existential, and depth psychology. I offer Solution-Focused Brief Therapies as well as long term continuous care. We can meet in my private office or get outside for alternative settings such as hiking, walking, snowshoeing, etc.
I am trained in building healthy relationships, healthy sexuality, and treating anxiety and depression, trauma and various addictions. The psychology of dreams is of particular interest; this is the topic of my doctoral dissertation. My clinical training and experience has prepared me to work with couples, adults, adolescents, and children.
As the director and owner of PInebrook Mental Health Therapy, please ask about scheduling with myself or one of my interns, Haley Cox and Aida Aghajanyan. Together we offer a dynamic perspective of experience and expertise. Haley and Aida also have several groups that are now open to new participants.
