My practice experience includes: grief & loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, ADHD, relationship challenges, children and adolescent behavioral/mental health & chronic pain management. I also have experience with the military service members (and their families).
I am EMDR trained, a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) with extensive experience supporting survivors of trauma. I consider it to be a humbling privilege to be a provider of short-term counseling to military members and/or their family members.
