I am a trauma-informed LCSW providing Telehealth therapy for both parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I see clients in GA and MD. I support expecting and new parents experiencing anxiety, mood changes, overwhelm, or difficulty adjusting to life with children. I also work with parents whose past trauma, including sexual trauma or domestic violence, is resurfacing during this transition. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel grounded, emotionally steady, and more connected in parenthood. Its their childhood but its also your parenthood. I help parents of all genders and sexual identities during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood reduce anxiety, manage overwhelm, and feel more emotionally steady. Using a trauma-informed approach, we address past experiences, regulate the nervous system, and build practical tools so parenting feels more manageable and supportive.
