I have a passion for helping others heal naturally with a focus on you as a Whole Person-Mind, Body, Spiritual Holistic approach. I have been in the field for 23 years now working with children, adolescents, adults.I treat those 18 years old over in this setting to help you meet your own goals. I can also integrate traditional talk therapy interventions and use of Expressive Arts in sessions if desired.I am also a Certified Facilitator for Dancing Mindfulness, a therapeutic Creative Movement/Meditation practice to assist with somatic awareness that can be implemented with 1-3 songs to help process Mind/Body connection in sessions.
