I have a passion for helping others heal naturally with a focus on you as a Whole Person-Mind, Body, Spiritual Holistic approach. I have been in the field for 23 years now working with children, adolescents, adults. I treat those 18 years old over. I integrate traditional talk therapy interventions and can use Expressive Arts in sessions. I am also a Certified Facilitator for Dancing Mindfulness, a therapeutic Creative Movement/Meditation practice to assist with somatic awareness. I have four office locations in Independence, Downtown Cleveland, Austintown, OH and Frederick, MD. I now also have two OH licensed counselor affiliates.
I work with you individually on your own treatment needs and focus more on the Here and Now in helping you to heal any past hurts, hang-up's or habits that are interfering with your daily functioning. I'm very Person-Centered, Mindfulness based, CBT, Solution-Focused and am very Trauma Informed in helping meet your goals in your Own Healing Journey.
I am currently accepting new clients. I'm providing mainly video calls for OH and MD clients but am having more ability to provide in person options at Cleveland locations currently with a week or two notice and looking to provide in person every 4-6 weeks at the home office of Austintown, Ohio. On occasion, if get out to Frederick, MD may be possibility.
