My name is Jackie Fry and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Art Therapist who specializes in treating adults, teens, and couples experiencing anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, career/life transitions, persistent mood disorders, OCD, and trauma. In session, I incorporate trauma-informed skill development, creativity, and somatic practices to support clients process and move through life's struggles with compassion and confidence.
My approach includes Art Therapy, Ecotherapy, Gestalt, yoga/mindful-movement, IFS, DBT, Exposure Response Prevention, & EMDR which is trauma-informed and person-centered. We create a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore, gain insight, and improve their quality of life in various ways.
