I believe every person has innate strengths that can be used to help them heal and move forward. I see therapy as a partnership where the client and I are working together towards their goals. Learning about people and what they love and want to achieve in life is one of my favorite parts of this work. Because no two people are the same, I believe in combining various types of therapies to provide the best level of care possible. It is my goal to make my office a space where all clients can feel safe, be brave, and show up as their authentic selves.
I specialize in working with children and teens who have experienced abuse. I also work with families, adult women who experienced childhood abuse, and people of all ages experiencing mental health crises. I work with trauma, depression, self-harm, suicide ideation, LGBTQ+ individuals, and abuse using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
If you are interested in beginning therapy and would like to see if we are a good fit for one another, please feel free to reach out. I am always happy to answer questions and talk about what the healing journey can look like for you!
